The professional attitude and extremely high level of expertise that we’ve come to expect from CPTM and its partners have delivered significant monetary savings to our firm. A variety of skill sets coupled with CPTM’s diligence in determining the appropriate market-based valuations for our various properties has (year after year) had a positive impact on our bottom line.
Thank you and CPTM for your successful efforts to win an abatement for our property. I guess you really can fight city hall (even if it does take a couple of years). I’m happy to pay your contingency bills.
Year after year, CPTM continues to provide outstanding service. CPTM’s team members consistently demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current assessing practices, general conditions and trends within the markets they service, as well as changes in statutes that affect our portfolios. In addition, CPTM meshes this with the ability to review values, determine aggressive targets and ensure that appeals are filed in a timely fashion. These strengths, along with the professional relationships that have been built with the local authorities, ability to effectively communicate on pressing issues, and aggressive stance with our company’s best interest in mind, provides me with the high level of comfort we expect for a tax management company.
When it comes to tax valuation and appeals, CPTM has demonstrated time and again the ability to represent our portfolio of properties and effectively reduce the taxable values, saving thousands of dollars annually.
CPTM continues to join forces and resources with reputable business partners who share the common goal of providing exceptional tax minimization strategies. Forming relationships with various service providers allows each partner to concentrate on providing services that best match their capabilities while affording each of us the opportunity to learn and develop competencies beyond our niche. CPTM is pleased to recommend our business partners.
